    Region: Sunshine Coast. AICD Education - Company Directors Course - Weekend Sessions. The course consists of ten modules of study including the Role of the Board and the Practice of Directorship; Directors’ Duties and Responsibilities; Risk: Issues for Boards; Strategy-The Board’s Role; Financial Literacy for Directors; Driving Financial Performance; the Board’s Legal Environment; Decision Making; Achieving Board Effectiveness; Learning into Practice (extended case study).
  • Q-WIN Client Forum: get ahead of the competition!
    Region: Brisbane. Overview: The Q-WIN Monthly Client Forum provides SME clients with the opportunity to connect with other like minded businesses and with Government and Private Sector support providers to assist with their business growth. The session begins with key note speaker Dr Richard Caro, CEO and Founder of TangibleFuture Inc. and is followed by case studies and culminates with a power networking event and information forum.

  • AIRG 2010 Winter Conference: The National Importance of Industrial R&D: Measuring and Communicating the Impact in Australasian
